Still running your season across five different places?

Book a Demo

Schedules on websites. Brackets in tournament apps. Updates in group chats. LeagueFlow brings the whole season together.

LeagueFlow brings schedules, brackets, teams, stats, standings, availability, payments, and updates into one connected operating system — so organizers, coaches, parents, players, and scorekeepers all work from the same source of truth.

Publish once, everyone updates

Post the schedule a single time and every coach, parent, and player sees it instantly — no reposting, no group-chat relay, fewer "where do we play?" texts.

One source of truth

Schedules, brackets, rosters, stats, standings, and availability live together, so everyone is looking at the same thing at the same time.

Built to grow with your program

Start with one tournament and grow into leagues, clubs, and multi-team operations — without migrating tools or rebuilding your season.

Operations + payments

Premium operations software. Revenue, not a software bill.

Launch events on the full platform with no software fees. LeagueFlow earns alongside you through the money you already move — entry fees, gate passes, and dues — plus premium surfaces as your program grows.

No software fees to launch events

Premium scheduling, pool play, and bracket tools for hosts and leagues — without a per-event software bill. You only pay when money moves.

Collect entry fees in one flow

Take team registration payments at checkout, track what's collected versus outstanding, and skip the back-and-forth invoicing.

Sell digital gate passes

Replace the cash box with QR weekend passes families buy from their phones — fewer lines, cleaner reconciliation, less cash to count.

Collect team dues

Clubs issue dues to a roster and parents pay in a tap. Funds route to your connected account automatically.

So what does LeagueFlow charge?

A single platform fee on payments you collect — no setup fee, no per-event software fee, and nothing charged on events where no money moves. We are finalizing the published rate for founding partners; ask on a walkthrough and we will quote it directly.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Entry fees go to your own connected Stripe account — LeagueFlow never holds your funds. Refunds are issued by the organization running the event; see our refund policy.

One platform, every side of the game.

We start where the work is hottest — tournament hosts in Southern California — and grow outward to leagues, clubs, parents, and players.

Tournament coordinators

Spin up competitions, divisions, and brackets in minutes.

League operators

Season structure, standings, and scheduling across many teams.

Clubs and coaches

Team rosters, communications, and game-day prep in one place.

Parents and players

Schedules, updates, and registrations without the spreadsheet chaos.

For parents and guardians

Two kids, three teams, one account.

Most sports apps assume one child on one team. LeagueFlow is built for the family juggling a club season, a school team, and a tournament weekend at the same time — all from one login, on the sideline, on a phone.

Every kid, every team, one schedule

Games and practices from all of your children — across every team they play on — merged into one view. No separate logins, no switching accounts.

Both parents, same page

A child can have more than one guardian. Each of you sees the schedule and can answer availability for your own kids.

Answer availability per child

Say who is in or out for a specific game or practice, so coaches get a real headcount instead of a group-chat thread.

Subscribe from your phone

Add the schedule to the calendar app you already use, so changes the organizer publishes show up without anyone re-posting them.

Track your own stats

Player+ add-on

Optional paid upgrade, available per player at registration or from your dashboard. Everything above is included without it.

Practice Tracker

Log your own shooting sessions and drills at home or in the gym. Private to your family — practice data is stored separately and never mixed into an event's official results.

Stat tracking from the stands

Keep your own stat line during a game. Parent-entered stats are always labeled as community-entered and never replace the official scorekeeper's record.

Player profiles are private by default. Public game pages show team-level scores unless the organization running the event chooses to publish player stats.

Why LeagueFlow exists

Built close to the game

LeagueFlow is being built in Southern California, close to the youth basketball community it serves. It exists because running an event still means stitching together a league website, a spreadsheet, a tournament app, a team app, and three group chats — and then re-posting the same schedule change in all of them.

We are pre-launch and working directly with our first hosts. That means you get a founder on the phone rather than a support queue, and it means your feedback shapes what ships next. It also means we are early — we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.

  • Founder-led setup

Your first event gets configured with direct help — not a support ticket queue and a help-center article.

  • Founding-partner pricing

Early hosts get a rate we quote directly and honor as the platform grows.

  • Built around real events

Features follow what actually breaks on a gym floor on a Saturday, not a roadmap written in isolation.

Common questions

Before you commit an event to us

How long does it take to get our first event set up?
We set it up with you. On a walkthrough we build your event live — divisions, pools, schedule, and registration link — so you leave the call with something real rather than a blank dashboard and a to-do list. If you already have rosters and a schedule in a spreadsheet, we import them.
How and when do we get paid?
Entry fees, gate passes, and dues are collected into your own Stripe account, connected to LeagueFlow during setup. LeagueFlow never holds your money — funds go to your account and pay out on your Stripe payout schedule. You will need to complete Stripe's standard identity and bank verification before your event can take payments, so it is worth starting that early.
What happens when a family needs a refund?
You decide. Payments are made to the organization running the event, so refund decisions are yours under your own event rules — LeagueFlow processes the refund through Stripe once you approve it. Full details are in our refund policy.
We already have an event running somewhere else. Can we move it over?
Yes. Rosters, divisions, and schedules import from CSV, with a downloadable template and validation that flags bad rows before anything is written. Mid-season moves are worth doing on a call so we can check the data together before your families see it.
Do coaches, parents, and players each need an account?
Parents create an account to register a player, so their registrations, waivers, and schedules stay tied to their family. Coaches are invited to their team. Spectators buying a gate pass do not need an account — they buy from their phone and get a QR pass. Public schedules, brackets, and results are viewable by anyone without signing in.
What if something goes wrong on game day?
You get a direct line to us, not a ticket queue. We are working with a small number of founding partners specifically so game-day problems get a fast human response.
