• Operational data — schedules, rosters, registrations, messages, and stats you create or that are created about your team.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store only non-sensitive references (e.g. a charge or session identifier), never full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, send service-related notifications, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Children's data

LeagueFlow is used by youth sports organizations. Player profiles for minors are created and managed by their guardians or authorized club staff, who are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of that information.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run the service (for example, Stripe for payments and our hosting and email providers) under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose data when required by law.
