1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of any organization (host, league, or club) you administer.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority over an organization or team.

3. Payments

Paid features — competition entry fees, spectator passes, team dues, and premium subscriptions — are processed by our payments provider, Stripe. By initiating a payment you authorize the applicable charge, including any disclosed platform fee. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

4. Content and data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant LeagueFlow a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
