Refund Policy

Payments on LeagueFlow are made to the organization running your event. This policy explains how refunds work and who to contact.

1. Who issues refunds

Competition entry fees and team dues are collected on behalf of the host or club that set them up — the funds are transferred to that organization, less the platform fee. Refund decisions for those payments are made by that organization according to its own rules. LeagueFlow facilitates the refund through Stripe once the organization approves it.

2. Spectator passes

Spectator passes are generally non-refundable once issued, except where required by law or where an event is cancelled by the host.

3. Premium subscriptions

Consumer premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.

4. Platform fees

Disclosed platform/convenience fees are non-refundable except where the underlying payment is refunded in full due to an event cancellation or a processing error.

5. How to request a refund

Start with the organization that runs your event. If you can't reach them or need help, email support@getleagueflow.com with your payment details and we'll help coordinate.
